# Bibliography URLs I Could Not Verify — For Claude Web Verification

This file lists the bibliography entries from `housing_draft.md` whose URLs I could not access from my CLI environment. Most return HTTP 403 (bot-block), 406, or connection timeouts. The URLs are likely valid, but they need to be opened in a browser or via a tool with different network access (e.g., Claude on the web, which can sometimes follow these links).

**For each entry below, please verify:**
1. The URL resolves to a real page (not a 404 or paywall dead end).
2. The author name spelling matches the source byline.
3. The publication date (year + month/day where given) matches the source.
4. The title in the bibliography matches the actual page title.
5. The publisher / journal / outlet name is correct.

If any of these are wrong, note the correction. If a URL has moved (redirected to a new permalink), capture the new URL.

## What to send back

For each numbered entry above, please confirm or correct:
- ✅ URL resolves
- 📝 Author / year / title / publisher
- 📌 Any redirect to a new canonical URL

A simple line per item is enough, e.g.:
> 7. CBPP Public Housing — confirmed; title is "Public Housing" (not "Policy basics: Public housing"); page indicates "Last updated September 30, 2024." Suggest: change title in bibliography.

If everything checks out for an entry, just write `OK`.
